Thank you for choosing Developer.ma for your software development needs. We strive to provide high-quality services and products to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes refunds may be necessary. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund.

Scope of Refund Policy

This policy applies to all services and products offered by Developer.ma.

Refund Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Request for refund must be made within 30 days of purchase or delivery of service.
  • The service or product must be defective or not functioning as advertised.
  • The service or product must not have been used or modified by the client.
  • Refund Process

    To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Name and contact information of the client
  • Date of purchase or delivery of service
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence of defects or malfunctioning of the service or product.
  • Upon receipt of the refund request, we will review the information and respond within 7 business days. If the refund is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.


    As the 'Domain Registration Agreement' states, domains are non-refundable. However, you will be able to transfer the domain elsewhere after 60 days of ownership if you're not continuing with us.
    Developer.ma reserves the right to deny a refund request if the client violates the terms and conditions of the service or product. Additionally, we will not issue refunds for services or products that have been modified or used by the client.
